I’m Kaci Hedden, the Founder of KLH Virtual Solutions, LLC. I have two kids (busy boys: 13 & 9!), a boyfriend (of 15 yrs!), a dog (the only other girl in my house!) and a cat! I love watching baseball & football, reading murder mysteries, and watching Golden Girls reruns or crime-related shows (fiction & true crime). 

I created my business with YOU in mind! I’ve always been intrigued by the real estate industry (for many years). I just needed to figure out how I fit into the industry! I discovered Transaction Coordination after purchasing our first home in 2020. My agent and lender both expressed gratitude for my communication and organization throughout the contract-to-close process. So began my research and determination to submerge myself into the real estate industry. I now have an active Kansas Real Estate License, although selling isn’t my goal – it’s fully supporting my agents professionally.

I love that being a transaction coordinator allows me to put my organization, checklist-love, calm demeanor under stress, and friendly personality to great use! And my favorite part of all is uniting with agents so they can focus on what they do best – helping clients buy and sell homes!
